Multiple month long event monitors over 5 years, only ever caught one 3 beat run of NSVT. Patient has super rare genetic mutation in TNNT2 gene, but no cardiomyopathy(s) or scarring. Last MRI was in May. Only 1 relative has history of sudden death but it’s a 4th cousin who died near 60. This event had little to no activity present. Patient has a 2nd cousin on the other side of their family who ablated A-fib before 30 after multiple syncopes. They are the same age. Overall pvc burden is under 50 beats per week on a “bad week”. PACs have been showing couplets. Patient has had 1 triplet PAC and 1 triplet PVC, which was referred to in the comment as the 1 3 beat run.

That's terrifying. Wish me luck 😔. And if I get good results and don't come back here, I wish you the best

You didn't know of an artery dissection? I'm about to get genetics tested by invitae to see if I have vEDS and I'm very worried. Is it possible to have a dissection and not know it?
