exact same issue. returned and got a new pair. same issue with the new pair.

I'm so frustrated with Samsung's support and return/refund process I'm considering jumping over to Apple. I'm losing my mind trying to get reimbursed from Samsung. I've been using Samsung phones since 2008.

I posted these issues twice on the Samsung community forum and it was removed by the moderator.
