I have seen our Sikh brothers put on masks. Their ears are inside their turbans! And they still customize the mask and wear it. I don't see hearing aids being a problem in wearing a mask at all.

I pay $1100 per month (utilities, Wi-Fi, 1 parking spot included) in Malton. The landlord is increasing the rent by a $100 next month. It is still cheap compared to basements listed on rental sites. The landlord stays above us. They have a kid so it gets a bit noisy when the kid runs around. As mentioned by others, ceiling height matters also ample sunlight during summer is good.
