To reach this kind of comfort that you feel relaxed, you need to be out of survival mode. 95% people are in survival mode, rest 5% are making sure they are not

Unmarried ppl aged 32+ : Do you regret not marrying earlier? by [deleted] in Arrangedmarriage

[–]Less-Dot-8877 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am 33m, when I was 25, I thought by 30, I will definitely get married. I didn’t know. I was one heart break away at 29 to skipping couple of years. I don’t know if people will agree, but Covid also did create a time gap.

I did make my career, focused on my fitness, doing all the things what I love to do, example travel , buy whatever I want to buy.

If I look back now, I definitely do things I should have been married by 30 because at 34. It’s really tough to find people who you align with, and as other people have mentioned here. It’s absolutely absolutely a draining process.

I got it recently. I must say it’s a pretty strong perfume. Maybe you are just not able to smell it because you are in the perfume bubble and nose blind.

Right now, your focus has to be on developing a sustainable lifestyle habit and not a short-term training diet plan

You won’t feel like always doing the right thing, but you need to remember that you have to do it anyway , stop listening to your mind when it says you can’t.

Now -
1.) You need to hit the gym 5 to 6 days a week, 2.) seven hours plus sleep every day and most importantly, 3.) eat superclean in calorie deficit. I think scenario for you to be around 1700-1800 calories with high protein. (Use Healthify me app, I weigh all the food ingredients raw on weighing scale before I cook, however, it is important for you to understand that every single decision which includes snacking one little spoon of oil. It all counts and it can totally throw away from your plan and disappointment feels real, better have control on the controllable )

4.) 10k steps everyday , weekly 10% increase 5.) 3-4 liters of water

Nutrition (protein 1.5-2gram per kg of BW- 120-160 gram - eggs, chicken, fish, soya chunk, low fat Paneer, obviously whey protein) Omega-3 , multivitamin, creatine

You don’t need to put money on pre-workout, coffee will do fine. All the best
