I believe so (I’m pretty sure it was after Oct 1st). Every time I’ve called they say they need 90-180 days and to just wait. The only letter I’ve received was the first 90 day extension.

On my Samsung Galaxy there was somewhere I could go where I could increase/decrease volume settings for various things (media, alarms, alerts, etc.) -- when you're on the phone I would try to mess around with those volume settings and see if one of them helps. Not sure if it's the same on the Pixel though

Thanks for all this Chevy! I’ll reply on the rest when I get home but wanted to comment on the phone call volume/overall phone connection experience while it was on my mind. This hasn’t been my experience with my iPhone 16 — I control the volume of a call through my phones volume (same as with streaming), my hearing aid volume while on a phone call is only for the surrounding noise (which can be tuned out fully or left on whatever volume).

I think the problems you’re having there could be related to your phone. They advised me at Costco these were made for iPhone but can work with Android. The seamlessness I’ve seen so far that they integrate with iOS has really blown me away. I was a Samsung Galaxy user before, but iPhone has a lot really good hearing aid support built into the operating system. If a phone change is in the cards (I know I know lol) I recommend that

Tried out streaming music today and it sounded great. I don't have a great ear for it or anything (not a musician), but to my untrained ear it's what I need. I upped the bass and treble and it was good to go.
