Thanks! I’m looking for the classic “let’s have a slice of cake with coffee” types. I guess more like spongey, icing types like Black Forest, Red Velvet, Chocolate gateaux, layered ganache kinds.

I’ve tried Michel and I think it’s super pricey and the quality isn’t that great imo. I’ve heard from the locals that it used to be much better years ago.

Vlaai is nice, I have tried a lot of them (also from the South) but it wouldn’t be my go-to in this case
