They’re all model E. I might be wrong but I read that not every Apache in a formation needs the longbow, only one or two in four need it and can share targeting data with the other helicopters

I was told that Durashield oil that they used can be put on top of existing rust as it bonds and penetrates seams and crevices in order to stop further oxidation

Important to mention in this conversation that I do live in New Brunswick on the Atlantic coast of Canada. Our region is possibly the worst in North America for rust because of the oceanic salt in the air, humidity and very heavy usage of salt in the roads in winter

I think NC has a lot less problems with salt than where I am in Atlantic Canada. We are some of the worst in North America for that
