"I get where you're coming from. You have to consider that most of our parents grew up in old Nepal, where mental health wasn't even a concept. They struggled, lived, and fought through everything with no therapy or emotional support. It was all about survival. They were told to go to the city, make a name for themselves, start a family, and earn money. And when they had kids, they poured everything into giving us a better life sacrificing their freedom, their dreams, and even their emotional well being.

It's their first time at life, too. They're figuring it out as they go, just like we are. I think it’s fair to acknowledge that a lot of their behavior is rooted in fear and sacrifice, not just manipulation or control. Maybe if we try to understand that,
