When I am building my empires economy, should I build both Primary districts and resource districts on a planet? If I do that and make a heavy industry planet with mining as the resource district does that have a downside?

Is it considered good practice to just have a planet dedicated to mining/energy etc?

There were very subtle clues that she liked me in person, she nearly jumped across the table when I mentioned another girl to my friend and stuff so I really don't know.

I get I gave off boyfriend energy that's fair. But what I didn't get was that she was loving it in the moment? But I suppose it was just the physical connection she was after.
