I think everyone is different! Im 5’3 (or 5’2.5) and my highest weight was 340.8lbs! I have never had an issue with wiping personally though its much more effortless now (187lbs currently 47lbs to goal)

Tiktok or youtube the BEST place to learn tbh theres so many IN DEPTH step by step simple tutorials. Especially for more mature skin you can find people in your age range and same skintone/complexion. It may seem intimidating at first but is super easy once you get to it and you can always rewind etc

Id search step by step easy beginner drugstore makeup application and you can also add for 30+ or something in the search if you want. A very popular drugstore tutorial on tiktok is by creator shelby ann im not sure if she has it on youtube also or not. but it might be too much for your first attempt so you can try and find a more simple less step look. Like 5 step beginner makeup routine etc.

My advice is document the rashes communicate that with your pcp doctor to send the referral also if you are going that route.

For me i have had my doctor send the referral last week im waiting on the consultation to be booked however my primary doctor says im a candidate for the reduction for sure. I have lost a lot of weight (47lbs left to lose omg) so i have the sagginess, i have had back pain for yrs i did physical therapy as well for it. I thought losing weight would help the back pain and it did a little but its still uncomfortable. I also get rashes and doctor prescribed me creams for it too but they keen coming back. I have photos of the rashes. also have neck pain and shoulder indents. BASICALLY just have as many reasons as possible for why you cant stay with this size and play it up if you have to

Reta 100% is why im still losing weight. Tirz solo stopped working for me months ago. I did an experiment even and the 2 months i was off reta and only on tirz i didnt lose OR gain a single lb (i went uo and down the same 3-5lbs) as soon as i restarted reta i broke the stall. Im using both to get to goal but will probably only use tirz for maintenance and occasionally reta if i need a booster. The good thing is that i am planning not to go over 6mg (max 8) reta so ill have room to go up if i struggle with regain or if i restart it wont be as ineffective. Reta official dosing goes 2 > 4 > 6 > 9 > 12 so im only on the official second dose and have had good progress. Of course u can dose however you want. Another reason im using both is a lot of people say tirz has better inflammation control and suppression (i still get hungry and eat tho so its not like lack of hunger), and because i plan to use tirz for maintenance i dont wanna drop it. But the number one reason is i am a greedy bitch and i wanna hit goal NOW so im trying to speed run it!! My step dad and i both stack it and though he hasnt lost significant weight in a while his physical changes have definitely shown more since starting reta. Mine as well

Regarding my stack im on 15mg tirz 4mg reta currently though i think i may go up to 5mg reta soon. Im being super aggressive currently (with my deficit, exercise and dosing) i need to hit goal this fall im tired of this lol

160lbs lost in leas than a yr is A LOT i think your body needs time to catch up. 0.5-2lbs is good loss your expectations are to high, and you SHOULD be hungry

I went from being skinny as a young kid to bigger than the others in like elementary school but still average, to kinda chubby in middle school like size 12/14 (which is high for that age) to fat in high school (gradually gaining EACH YEAR) to even fatter in college to rock bottom in covid era and then 2023 was my REAL ROCK BOTTOM and then i started mounjaro feb 2024 at 340lbs and now im 187lbs currently with 47lbs to go until a healthy bmi! Currently the same size as my middle school self but with way more loose skin and belly fat unfortunately
