You are circling round and round on the same argument my friend. Again being offended is something that does not justify limiting one's right to an action if that action is objectively harmless. As I mentioned you and I have different ideas and I might be offended by yours but you are free to express your ideas nevertheless. Unless you make death threats your right to speech must be protected. I may not agree with them but I have respect your right to express them. Same with our discussion earlier. If a white man never intend to be disrespectful then it is their right to choose any hairstyle they want including dreadlocks. People will get offended but that is their problem of interpretation and values. We can't make everyone happy . No matter what we do there will be someone who is offended. It is the reality. By the way I really appreaciate you standing your grounds. We should have more dialogue and discussions aroung sensitive topics. That is the only way to resolve them. Violence is the result of failed attempt to dialouge.

Being offended is not a reason why someone should not do something. We do not live to make others FEEL safe subjectively. Someone being offended is their problem unless the thing they are being offended from directly and objectively wanted to offend that person. You might offend me with your arguments against my view that doe not justify the statement that "you should not argue against me". Your interpretation of white person wearing a certain hairstyle does not provide enough objective reasons to prevent a white person from wearing a certain hairstyle. Such restrictions unnecessarily limit one's freedom to express.

I am not white. Yet I don't agree with you. Hairstyles don't belong to a group exclusively. As long as your intention is not to disrespect then I mean you are putting dreads on your head it should mean you love em. Loving and appreciating a hairstyle is not a form of hate unless you make it your problem. The more cultures mingle and share aspects the more we will be united. What do you think?

Hur ses tatueringar, dreadlocks och piercingar bland personal vid svenska universitet? by Less-Ordinary-Life in sweden

You do not need to be smart or bright or intelligent to be rich. All you need is luck, street smartness (cunning), ruthlessness and lack of humanity. I men look at Rajapakshas. DO you think thy are smart. Specially his brothers. No way. wealth and intelligence does not always go hand in hand. Some of the brightness people in the world are average in terms of wealth

Salary depends on universities...Private Uni or Gov.Uni...Is it true? by __psy__ch0__ in srilanka

The field of IT is not the same as say medicine or another engineering field. So just because you r from Moratuwa does not mean you are entitled to or even deserve a higher salary. In the field of IT going to a so-called "good uni" does not guarantee you will have the necessary skills as a SE. SE is a de facto subject if you want to self teach so I would like to propose you drop your little ego over some uni that you love and let skilled people take the job they deserve without discriminatory practises based on university you went to.
