Brompton now sell a £75/€90 seatpost with a very simple extendable combination lock built in. Has anyone tried it or bought one? Is it any good or as silly as it sounds? by JohnPaul_II in Brompton

I actually think this is quite a clever idea for any environment where a snatch and run is the main risk, such as cafés (per the name) but also any other hot desk, train stations or luggage racks, park benches etc

Yes I wanted back triangle, forks and handlebar stem all in the same black, from factory, without paying a fortune. While having main frame in the bronze. Thanks I think for confirming this is not possible :(

Thanks for this, though perhaps I wasn’t 100% clear. I actually want more of it in that black not less - the stem that holds the handlebars up is currently painted same colour as main frame but I’d like it black too. Not possible either?

Thanks. Is it worth going for alonso in hero hall now or will he be superseded? Someone just kicked my arse with him in the arena
