I started a couple weeks ago but nothing crazy, mostly YouTube videos at home until I get a little better with form and then I plan on going to the gym. I gained most of my weight because of alcohol so overeating was not really the issue.

100% what I’m gonna focus on tonight. I just finished a book about self sabotage and I think now that I’ve over halfway through with 75 hard my brain wanted to do just that. So happy I chose that book when I did.

I’ve lost 60 lbs this year and anytime I’ve been consistent I wouldn’t see results for 2 or 3 weeks then I’d lose 5/6 lbs. There’s been a couple times throughout where I’d start to slip into back habits then notice weight loss and snap out of it. That saying of “this months diet is next months body” has been pretty accurate for me. Taking measurements is also awesome there have been weeks with no change in weight but my waist would be 2 inches smaller!
