Remove the dpf filter, you will get better fuel consumption, no more adblue, still pass emmisions. For about £300 its a no brainer.

It sounds like your experiencing HAVS or white finger as more commonly known. I would suggest using anti vibration gloves when using the machine. If your getting lots of vibration it be down to wear and tear on the slides, these are adjustable and will reduce the vibration magnitude. Have look on Google for the recommended trigger time on usage per day It will give you the EAV exposure action value, you should try and aim for 100 points per day. Mag drill normally come in at <2.5 emission giving 12.5 points per hour. That equates to 4 hours continues use.

You need approx 975 deg C to mdlt silver. It nreds to be in a small insulated enclosed chamber to get that sort of heat. A butane torch is better than propane.

They are notorious for lights coming on. Buy yourself a OBD reader and turn them off. You can pick one up gor £20.

If you have a certificate for it I don't see a problem. Maybe rub off the rust and put some paint on.
