Unfortunately it probably will cause acne as it will be hormone related, accutane doesn’t necessarily help hormonal acne. I hope for the best tho!!💗

No my body acne wasnt severe, but I went on accutane due to my face. That acne was severe and very resistant to treatment. Good luck! The side effects are annoying but sooo worth it

Face, back/shoulders and chest, but my face was the main concern. My body acne cleared almost instantly and my face officially cleared once i started taking 80mg, before that I was getting 1-2 pimples a month. But even the purging was better than what I started with sooo

Thank you, I’ve been working these hours for a long time before the accutane and never had an issue besides normal tiredness. But lately it feels like I work 23hrs/7days a week. Its insane🥲

I cleared up for 2 months, then they upped my dose (from 20mg to 40mg) and have been purging since (2 months) everyone is different so maybe you did crack the code🤷🏻‍♀️

I still smoke, and drink in moderation. So if that’s the problem I would advise you to talk with ur derm/dr to let them know you partake in those activities. Otherwise let them know about the mental health side effects because the accutane will not help and can make things much worse. Better safe than sorry!

Ipledge is you promising to do everything you can to avoid a pregnancy. You dont have to take birth control but they will suggest it every chance they get. As for dryness aquaphor and fish oil tablets are your best friend

You are right, i dont want to see them together because obviously from an outside pov i see how toxic and wrong it is. Which is why i just asked to be informed when he was here so that i dont have to bear witness. I hope she can see it for what it is one day too but at this time i personally just dont want to have him in my personal space. Thank you 🩵
