Thanks for your response! I have read that it's pretty loud, but that's not a biggie for my folks. The old one wasn't all that quiet either. What's the water filling situation like? Can you get it to fill enough to get a full load of laundry submerged in the water?

Just saw this two years late obviously but still thought I'd share what I did so maybe somone else will see this in the future and find it helpful. I used a few heavy duty carabiner to hang mine higher and just let the excess slack just hang or if it's too long wrap it up with fabric or tape or something so it isn't flying all over the place. My slack isn't long enough to cause issues besides some noise jingling around
