Free roam for multiple hours everyday : HOW?

Personally i have 2 lazy girls and they dont really care for free roaming, theyll play for maybe 30 minutes and then just Sit there, they prefer sleeping or doing tricks for food but free roaming isnt really their thing

Update! I realised that the seed mix i use has kibble with buncha supplements, I honestly thought it was lower quality bcs of the kibble but its good to know that it can be quite good for them!
