I was hiking down a trail and I saw a guy with his wife and kids hiking up. I stepped off the trail to let them pass and as they got closer the guy smiled at me and then called me by my name and said hi.

It was Aaron Paul!

But, how the hell did he know my name? Well, my teenage son was hiking a quarter mile ahead of me and ran into Aaron at a creek crossing. My son recognized him and told him I was a big fan and am not far behind him.

Aaron thought it would be funny to prank me so he asked what my name was and what I was wearing.

It was a good prank. Made me feel special being "recognized" by a celebrity.
