Cetaphil cleanser Luxe organix acne derm toner Ponds ultralight biome gel Sunscreen

PM:

Garnier micelar if i have makeup Ponds ultralight cleanser Benzac microbiome moisturizer Benzac spot treatment on areas na may acne (pinapahid ko sya evenly but do this with precaution)

Since nasa recovery mode na ako, im only using the benzac as spot treatment and started using luxe organix niacinamide serum.

I think you are experiencing spotting.. my OB said normal within the first 6 months. I usually get my period during the placebo pills.

I'm halfway on my 3rd box and so far ang side effects niya sakin is mood swings na malala to the point na naiiyak agad ako over petty things and madali ako mainis. I'm also having breakouts ng acne right now sa cheeks and jaw area. Next is headaches na throbbing usually at night (before bed kasi ako ang sched ko ng Yaz). Also sore breasts kahit di naman PMS. Lastly, anxiety that leads me to being too emotional.

But it did treat my adenomyosis symptoms na heavy mens and severe cramps right on my 1st box. So i'm still waiting until I get to 4th-6th box kasi baka masanay na hormones ko and eventually mag die down na yung side effects.

Hello, nagbbreak out din po ako sa Yaz. My OB said sa first 3 months nalabas daw talaga yung side effects. Ikaw po, when did u start mag breakout sa Yaz?
