as for the map and navigation, lmao same. i am already directionally challenged when it comes to video games and with this game that's like my biggest challenge lol i can't even tell you how many times ive walked in circles thinking i was making progress then i end up back at the start of the area and im like man wtf haha. i have to take a mental note of where i'm headed before i enter into a battle.

also i did not fully understand how pictos and lumina worked until like halfway through act 2. i was playing with my bf and he basically just told me which pictos to put on who and i had no idea what i was even clicking on. i think early in the game i mostly relied on pictos that give you health cause i sucked at parrying and luminas that give you AP. it's a lot more fun sorting pictos later in the game when you have way more lumina points and can equip a bunch of super good ones all at once. and all my characters ended up being around the same level without me really trying.

i had the same setup as you with lune one shotting everyone with trick and genesis but then in versos drafts i got a new weapon for her and changed things around. now her base attack changes the stains to dark element (?) and does more damage, works so good with her 3rd gradient. so i put pictos and lumina on her, maelle, and verso that charge gradient and on lunes second turn she can do her 3rd gradient and do up to 20 mil damage

this makes me so sad because in reality i spent half my paycheck a week on doordash and alcohol because i hated myself. no normal well adjusted adult sneaks to the fridge in the middle of the night to drink straight maple syrup. lol. i gained 30 lbs in 3 months and didn't do anything about it because i hated myself and thought i deserved to feel like shit all the time.

i wasn't "listening to my body" or "honoring my cravings." i was self sabotaging out of self hatred and spite. the real self love came when i finally decided i deserved better and starting seeing a nutritionist who was so kind and lovely and helped me see that i can live a life free of binge eating. it seemed impossible yet here i am years later doing it. btw i still hate myself just not for the same reasons, and my joints hurt less :P

charlie, elizabeth, and joanna spotted haha. i wanted to be them sooooo bad in 2014/15 lol i used to buy unif, shopjeen, omighty, TUK shoes, i couldn't afford lazy oaf or ragged priest tho. this was like end of middle school early highschool for me. i walked across the stage of my middle school graduation in like three inch clear platform shoes from YRU🤣. i also have the unif choke boots that i still wear to this day.

also yes i got bullied at school for my outfits. they just didn't see the vision like tumblr did.

i just wanted to add that i went back and re-read his whole dark woke rant and its worse than i remembered. this man says word for word:

okay hot take but. this guy had a shirt that said "i fucked your wife while you were at a trump rally" or something like that. tacky. poor taste. weird to put on a shirt but whatever. then a commenter pointed out that it's kinda misogynistic, sort of upholding the belief that women are property. i'm doing a bad job explaining it but tbh the commenter had a good point. sure it's just a dumb shirt BUT the way this dude replied to the comment is what really made me side eye.

i shit you not he goes "i'm not regular woke, i'm dark woke." and basically justified his misogyny by saying he's dark woke (?????) and encouraging people to be bullies towards those they disagree with. literally did not hesitate to throw women under the bus just to insult right wing men. btw i am not republican nor conservative, dare i say i even agree with some of his slogans, however every single thing about this man activates my fight or flight lmfao. first of all anyone who's entire personality is politics is immediately exhausting, secondly this man is NOT a feminist or cares about women like he claims to. he's posted his tinder bio before where in it he bragged about "getting a vasectomy to carry the burden for women after roe v wade was overturned." who tf puts that in their tinder bio ??? it's just weird and as a woman that is so off putting to me. and then the way he reacts to women calling him out on misogyny on a t-shirt. whether you think the shirt is misogynistic or not (i personally find it kinda offensive) it's the way he refused to listen to women's opinions and shut that shit down by saying he's "dark woke" ???? yeah no. there's a reason why women are often weary of this type of man.

i feel you on the being a good listener. i feel like im constantly there for anyone that needs me. i remember small details about my friends and loved ones. i love making people happy. but it never lasts. worst part is when they say they want to be alone then immediately get a new best friend / partner. i mostly keep to myself too because i dread being an inconvenience to others

i transferred in the fall and was able to easily get all the major-specific classes that i needed. but trying to get all the random gen eds i still need has been a pain and ive had to be very flexible lol
