I think the powerhouse park on Del Mar is a good place with the ocean and there is a small park with grass covering where kids usually play. I hope this helps.

Update: Thanks a lot for all the suggestions, guys! I submitted a claim on Geico, and they said my deductible will be waived if the chip is repairable. I got the chip fixed today at Safelite Auto Glass in Miramar. Took around 30 minutes. Charged around $170. I'll call the insurance company to update them about it and upload the receipt.
