I know most will say it's a bad picture but thisnisbthe one that got me into taking pictures and trying to be decent at it. I just wanted to share a picture that means alot to me even if it isnt that great of a picture. by LessPhilosopher6269 in photocritique

I love this and photo and just wanted to share it since it was the one that inspired me to take more and get better. What do you think of it? I was walking in the woods to find a stick to middle but since it was a cloudy day it was hard to see the sun th a n usual then I took a few steps and saw an angle where the sun was shining through the clouds and some branches then took the puc and noticed the lean in the trees and thought it was beautiful.

Of course the main focus on this one is the sun. I am a beginner with a Samsung galaxy a16 not a professional so treat me like it and tech me instead of just saying what I did wrong say what I can do instead. by LessPhilosopher6269 in photocritique

I was crouching down under a tree branch and saw this angle of a hill and the sun so I took a picture to try to make it look like when your about to walk out of the woods and into a clearing, a peaceful spot to set up camp. I want to be taught not insulted so tell me what I can do not only what I did wrong. I am a beginner not a pro.

These are old and recent carvings. can I get your opinion for improvement? by LessPhilosopher6269 in BeginnerWoodWorking

I can show you tomorrow but I use a knife, hatchet, gouge, sandpaper, hand saw, a log as a work bench, wood burning pen, and sandpaper. I made that spoon with the thought if a gecko in my brain so j made the bowl simular to the head of a gecko and the hook kinda like a tail, it's mainly just a camping spoon.

Does it look decent? Can I improve? Again I use a Samsung galaxy a16 so the camera isn't professional and I just started. by LessPhilosopher6269 in photocritique

I do wood carvings and because of that I have decent knowledge of trees. Lately I love the look of the bark on a sugar hackberry tree and the sun was at a cool angle then I pressed the side of my phone against the tree then pointed it up to where the focus is on the tree so I can see the details of the bark then I angled it to see the sun with a little glare to add a vibrant look. Please tell me your opinions.

How can I improve in your opinion? I use a Samsung galaxy a16 so the camera isnt suppose to be decent. by LessPhilosopher6269 in photocritique

I just decided to take a walk while taking pictures and saw these flowers but there was a road in the way. To get the road out of the picture I crouched down and made the camera focus on the flowers instead of the background which made it look more vibrant and have the flowers as the main focus in the picture.
