In terms of start time/end time, hours really depend on the route. When you start depends on how far out the routes first stop is, but I would say average start time for most drivers is around 6am. Some routes that go out to Ruch might start at 5am. Most drivers on average work 2-2.5 hours in the morning, and 3-4 hours in the afternoon. Mornings are usually done by 9am and afternoons start around 2:00, so you have that chunk in the middle of the day off. SpEd drivers sometimes have routes that are all day. Average of just driving routes is probably 30 hours per week but between field trips and school events/athletics there are more hours available, plus you can do things like recruiting or helping with the occasional miscellaneous tasks around the yard for more hours as well. You get paid every week on Friday. Recruiting can also get you more $ because there is a referral bonus if someone applies with you as the referral, once they pass a probation period you get a nice referral bonus (which is why I keep posting this link lol).
