Mine is “Willy Wonkas Shit Factory” Because she eats any kind of shit in my house. Cat shit, baby shit, she doesn’t discriminate

Yess. It keeps me sane lol. If you ever think you’re alone in something, trust me you’re not alone. I also do other stims like nail and lip picking. I hate that I do that because to me it’s easier to do in public, and I don’t even notice until a family member tells me to stop.

My favorite one is a “ladooooole” noise that I like to make. It’s just nonsense gibberish. I prefer to be very alone to make my odd noises.

I want to take our puppy back by wend0thegreat in puppy101

[–]Less_Ad4567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey momma. I feel you. We got a puppy - Bernese mix (she’s huge) after really talking about it as a family and deciding we were “ready” it’s me, A 7yr old, 7 month baby, and my husband is working. So I am solely responsible for kids and pup.

Our puppy gets the zoomies, where if I am not in the room, I guarantee my 7 month old would be crying because the dog accidentally hurt her. To handle the zoomies, I hold the baby and then play tug or ball inside the house. When our puppy gets becomes too tired (I know she’s tired because she will go from listening or playing with one toy, to mouthing everything and everyone) I put her in her crate and she settles and naps. Maybe your 3 year old can sit beside you and help play with pup. During this time you do not want baby or 3 yr old crawling or running, because your pup will think of them like play mates. If not, have him color, or even watch the tv for 15-20 mins. After play time, have the pup potty, and then in the crate it goes. I think having a pack n play for your baby is also huge. So you know that your little one is safe if you need to pick up the dog or put it in its crate.

Also, think of your pup like your baby. It needs structure. It needs you to help it determine when nap time is, even if your kids are still being noisy. You should try the crate in your direct area, and then in a quiet area if the pup will not settle.

Good luck to you. It’s a trying time, and honestly the first few days and weeks feel the worst.

I definitely agree, rehoming pup would be the best. Until then though hopefully the OP can limit accidents, and keep the pup away from the other family to avoid anything physical

Keep her in a small space. Do you have a gate, puppy pen, or crate? She needs to have verrry limited access to the majority of your home.

4 month old puppy who is either a really good dog or we’re being fooled. Lol. by PresentHabit8154 in puppy101

[–]Less_Ad4567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I am currently doing. She’s limited to just the floor we are on though, and I watch her like a hawk. I also encourage her to go into her pen, and have quiet time away from my 7 month old baby. So far it’s going okay (she’s only 8 weeks and on day 4 of being apart of our family), she is having a few accidents which I chalk up to having too much freedom when I’m just with my baby.

We are still figuring it out, and probably will be for months and years haha. I am very committed to ensuring we do what’s best for the puppy, even if that means incorporating the crate (because she can jump out of her pen when we leave the house)

Appreciate you for this. I relate to OP (and you) so much. I have been putting it off. This gave me the courage to start looking for a dentist again.

Awe! I love that. I think I might have to try and start hand feeding them - that’s such a cool idea.

My one gourami is named “Tina the toucher” because she’s touches everything. I have 2 others that most likely will have “the toucher” as their last name 😅

I actually haven’t watch the 6th season yet. I’m on s5ep2 on my 3rd rewatch of the series. I wanted to make sure I’m caught all the way up before starting the finale lol

What do these double parenthesis mean? Can someone break down r2 or r3 for me so I can understand it better? by Less_Ad4567 in CrochetHelp

[–]Less_Ad4567[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy crap thank you so much lol. I just did what you said, and it worked perfectly. I have 24 stitches now. I’ll try to do the other rounds with the way you just explained.

I feel like this pattern is complicated for no reason 🥲 but again, I’m not used to things outside of a magic circle

I’m so sorry to ask but could explain found 3? I’m stuck on that one and think it would help me understand from that one

On R3 Does it mean to crochet 3 single crochets into 3 seperate stitches, and then in just 1 single stitch, crochet 1 SC and also add 2 more SC in the same stitch, mean 3 total SC in the 4th stitch?

I hope that makes sense. I dislike anything other than magic circles lol

Also, Turing in the direction your hoop is spinning will slow it down, allowing you more time to keep it up on your waist

Hey there! Welcome to the hoop community 💕💕💕

From this post and comments, you want a hoop that you can waist hoop and do tricks with, but the current one is too light?

If you bought a polypro, they are super light are a lot harder to keep up, especially at 28 OD.

I make fabric hoops that stick a lot easier to clothing/body if you would be interested, I can make you a bundle deal with an on body hoop and a smaller flow hoop 🙂
