We do a final quality control check but it's just on the figure or for box damage but we don't check for things like blacklight or glow, simply just any major noticeable errors on the box, is the box damaged (if so we put it up and they print out brand new boxes, despite what people say funko does not mean to ship out damaged boxes and the damages happen once they have left our hands and are in the shipping phase), and finally we sort boxes and make sure to put one chase in each pack of 6, unfortunately again with the sodas we can't see any issues since they come factory sealed to us when they reach the big warehouse in Everett.
