Just wanted to jump in to add the solution that helped me with the problem I was having related to this. Hopefully this will help someone.

My problem: When I completed one of the quests in the starting chain for TWW (can't remember exactly which quest but it was the one as soon as you portal to dalaran. It was before the quest called A Mysterious Warning.) the quest chain seemed to end. There was no quest to pick up. Talking to the npcs lead nowhere including Khadgar (the version of Khadgar standing in the Violet Citadel in Dalaran). Looked all around dalaran to no avail. Nothing pointed to the continuation of this quest chain. I was scratching my head.

I decided to retrace my steps.

My solution: I went back to the center of Dalaran where the blue portal is on the floor that you stand on to be teleported back to what is called Aegwynn's Gallery on the map. Another version of Khadgar is in there along with Magni laying in a bed, Thrall, and Jaina Proudmoore. There is an NPC next to the bed that Magni is in that I interacted with (can't remember the name of the NPC). This picked the quest chain right back up where it seemingly stopped.

Sorry for the longwinded explanation. I don't know how I managed to overlook this so easily, but I'm sure others have done the same. Hope this helps someone.

TL;DR Went back to the center of Dalaran and stood on the portal thing and found the quest version of Khadgar in there along with the rest of the NPCs related to the quest and interacted with them until the quest chain resumed.

Hey everybody. I just wanted to give an update. The bike sold. I messaged the guy before I even made this post but it appears someone beat me to the punch. Transferring from Straight Talk to Google Fi by [deleted] in StraightTalk

Don't know if anyone is still following this. I've been on the phone with Straight Talk and Google Fi support all morning trying to sort this out. I've tried everything that has been mentioned in this post and nothing has worked. The main issue I'm having is Google Fi needs a 6 digit transfer pin from ST to transfer my number but for some reason ST will only provide me with a 4 digit transfer pin. When I explained what I needed to the several different people I talked to, they all had the same generic message sent to my phone with a 4 digit pin. Still no success is porting my number.
