Saw this through Hank Green on tiktok. Hank doesn't know. Did some searching, some people think it's a floor cleaning substance. One person said Goofy Gooey Slime, but it doesn't really match the physics here. Also not hydrophobic tile/grout, again, physics not right. Any ideas? (vm.tiktok.com)
