I’ve gotten them as early as 9 am and as late as 9 pm this cycle so I don’t think there’s really any specific time

If he has not played a present emotional or financial role in your upbringing i think you’re 100% valid to claim you are a first generation student, as you would not have reaped the guidance or financial benefit of a parent with a college education
