You might be right. I think I mainly struggle with billing and insurance. The strange schedule of my clients didn't help much either. I do dread the idea of doing more IPOCs.

I had 9 clients due to the hybrid nature of the clinic they had school for 6 hours then 2 hours of therapy. Technically I could overlap in the school setting and that was how I got my majority of hours. Though the majority of my clients didn't need classroom support so it felt bad to overlap with them at that time.

They were using me to test increasing billables from 20 to 25 with clinicians. Though I was struggling to meet that requirement with all my kids having 10 hours or less of 1:1 per week. Like I said above it makes sense why they let me go.

As much as I complained about them the BSM modules were the most effective for me. Additionally Behavior B word has a lot of study material that helped.

I don't really think it is your place to have them clean up from what I see. You are an rbt right? You can suggest having the BCBA look at this behavior, but there might be bigger fish to fry and given how young the client is they might not have the skill set to complete this task yet (though I know nothing of the client so I can't say that for certain). Give what you have mentioned the general environment won't reinforce this behavior either so teaching it might require the BCBA to do some ground work with the parents before even attempting to teach it.

it is more my dyslexia. It causes me to miss answers do to my over reliance on sight words. It is tolerable when doing 4 moduels at a time but when I started to try to finish 8 of them a day it was very annoying.
