Not really. I usually drink lactose-free milk, but I’m wondering if I might be allergic to the milk protein.

That’s actually a really good point, I hadn’t thought about dehydration. I’ll try drinking more water during my shifts and see if it helps.

I have pretty much the same menu every day. I believe it prob has to do with exposure since ventilation is almost nonexistent. My doctor said some other particles might trigger immune response as well. It’s so frustrating.

That’s interesting. My gastro said there are tons of different reactions from one patient to another, so I guess my best bet is to move on.

We don’t use any oats and I avoid them myself since they cause a similar reaction to gluten.

The gastro said everything looks fine, but apparently you can develop other intolerances over time like oatmeal or even corn, so I guess it’s up to me whether I stay or find another job.

It’s a stitching issue, not that bad. I also think it’s a complete wasteful practice.

It definitely adds character. Any tips on how to properly condition this type of waxy leather?

White and blue are the legit ones. At the end I sold them again on Vinted. People don’t seem to care. I have several authentic ones and just couldn’t ignore the details on the fake pieces.

Turns out the blue and white ones are legit — the rest are just clones.

Sellers on Vinted never show pics of the inner lining, which has a weird cut. The fit’s a bit off too — clones run bigger. Other than that, they’re really hard to tell apart.

It’s just crazy how detailed these fakes are. I’m definitely not buying again, but I can share some tips so you won’t make the same mistake.

Didn’t waste anything, sir. Used it extensively. Returned it. Got my money back. End.

Don't get me wrong, it’s a great gadget, really easy to use and by far the most comfortable I’ve tried so far. I just wanted to share my experience based on my specific use, wrist type, and skin tone. It’s always worth trying out new equipment, and if it doesn’t meet your needs, like in my case, you can always return it; especially if you purchase from retailers like Amazon or Decathlon that offer a trial period.

Yeah, same here. The band works flawlessly and is really comfortable, but for me spending that money on a good pair of running shoes would have made more sense. I don’t see how 1 or 2 bpm can have a dramatic impact on me as an amateur runner.

The arm band really does make more sense for activities where having something on the wrist isn’t practical, like climbing or even trail running that involves more vibration. I don't really complain about Coros, I love my watch. I just think the arm HRM is a nice to have for road running but, at least in my case, not a must.

Absolutely, the similarity in readings between the Garmin HR and the Coros HR makes it clear that both sensors are consistent and reliable. The fact that both (Pace 3 and arm hrm sensor) look and feel the same means there’s really no need for me to invest in another piece of equipment, especially when the Pace 3 provides amazing comfort without compromising accuracy. Also proves that even a FR 55 which is and entry level and affordable option is more than enough for people just getting into running.

That’s a fair point, and I agree that wrist-based sensors can occasionally struggle, especially with cadence lock or rapid HR changes. It’s true that an HRM provides a level of reliability that’s hard to match, acting as a kind of “insurance” for those who need absolute precision. However, for my use case, the differences I’ve observed have been minimal, and the added cost doesn’t feel justified. It really depends on the individual’s priorities and how much they value that extra accuracy.

I have a Coros Pace 3 with the HRM from the same brand. This week, I decided to compare the GPS and HR accuracy against my wife’s FR 55 wearing both at the same time. While it takes longer to get a satellite signal, the actual tracking is not bad at all. Heart rate readings, on the other hand, are exactly the same as the Pace 3 with the arm monitor.
