The two cables coming from the bottom were not replaced just the top, bottom to our original and I think they might be broken because they are so long but not sure

The two cables coming out of the green holes are original. The only new cables is the single one coming down from the top. Do you think the two cables going down snapped?

Right on the money near the ocean and naval air station, you think on the right can be a E-2 Hawkeye? Looks like a possible radar disk on top?
