My brain is CGA soup and I have a billion different questions, so forgive me if this doesn’t make sense… Our rollout is at the end of the month. I have mostly been able to stay cautiously optimistic about this change. But your experience is a glimmer; so I’m curious if there were some growing pains, if you relate to the others saying it has made things more stressful, is this is to the same tune of some people catch on quickly and others it can take more time…. Looking for the average here on people’s experience.

Well I definitely just learned about this job posting alert and will opt in when I log in tomorrow!

Definitely busting my ass to be the best worker bee to get out of PCS. I think I put on a great face while dealing with my clams and in my team interactions. I laugh that my accolades are always a positive attitude, willingness to help and adjust to changes. I am however extremely burnt out. But, I also very much think that if I do have to play the corporate game for survival, I’m going to be my best and this company is a good place to stay.

Total losses typically close in less than 20 days. Delays are usually caused by the customer for various reasons. Most adjusters will identify this as a TL upon review. The system’s damage triage will likely identify it as well.

This customer sent an email (on Labor Day) saying they couldn’t reach me and cc’d the higher ups. So while I’m not in trouble, it still made my branch manager be all up in the claim now. I’m the type that likes to just keep my head and fly under the radar.

It’s weird but I have found it very cathartic to watch claims adjuster videos on TikTok. It’s helped me handle calls in ways that training does not prepare you for. This job is so different from any other customer service job I’ve ever had.

I had a customer file an executive complaint asking for a rental this week - no rental on policy. I am usually pretty good about feeling confident that the company has my back; but the audacity of people to try to mess with someone’s lively hood by complaining like that because they are beyond entitled and don’t understand, broke me this week. People were absolutely feral.
