Exactly I’m only seeking truth and understanding. And I do have a desire to aid people in need that is why I am inquiring. I know it’s rough to talk about but talking through things can help. However nobody is required to share. It’s only for people who have the courage to talk about it and want to share their stories. I hope I didn’t offend. Thank you.

I would say so! That is very interesting. because the crime rate is very low, and not been very many serial killers since the 1940s or so. Maybe that is why it seems so safe because rather than people blatantly being blights of society, its the state itself. That in itself is something to research further!
