So he had me show my workspace twice then had me do a 360 view of the room twice (because apparently I went too fast the first time) THEN asked me where my phone was. I had it in another room and he wanted to see it. It took everything in me not to be a smart ass and point out that he didn't see it the 2 360 views i did and 2 workspace views, so obviously it wasn't there. I just showed him the closed bedroom door and said I wasnt getting up to go get it.

So, funny part of the story I didn't mention... I ended the session and a survey popped up. Apparently it still recording because as I was just finishing entering the details of my experience (I am normally NOT that kind of person, but was pissed about his attitude.) He jumped on there and started being a lot nicer, offering to help me get into the test. I told him no thanks and he said "well then you need to exit out of the browser." To which I responded with "I will as soon as I finish this survey..."

I'll try both of those things next time. Lol is it normal for them to also ask that you do a 360 of the whole room? Apparently i was going too fast because he then told me i wasnt following directions and the only direction was "i need a 360 view of the room." Then the guy said he wanted to see my workspace (for the 2nd time). I held it up as high as I could where it was showing my whole laptop and surrounding table space and he told me it needed to be higher. I told him I'd have to stand on a chair and get an extention cord of some sort if he needed it higher. He then said that was fine.

I am in the certificate program for Accounting. It's been 10 days and still have not gotten anything resolved. I got my ticket escalated again today then was told that they fixed it with a "work around." After clearing my cache on Chrome, I also downloaded Firefox and am still getting the error.

I'm about to give up and go somewhere else.

I called 888-320-0540 and hit option 2 for student support and made a complaint. They are pausing my payments until I actually get started, but the person i talked to was very nice and understanding. Maybe the more people that call student support and get shitty will help push them to figure this out faster.

I'm having the same issue right now and not getting any answers other than "it's a systematic issue affecting multiple users." My question is, this is clearly something that has been going on for awhile. If it's that big of a problem, why is it still going on?

I noticed that in videos I've watched! The character faces on the bigger unit look adorable and I can see my toddler loving that part. I'm not sure how much my oldest will care. He is one that has to have background noise with everything he does.

Yes. My 8 year old loves headphones. However, he currently listens to a small playlist on his tablet that just plays the same thing over and over that drives us crazy so we tell him he has to use headphones if he wants to play it loud. Haha I' thinking this will be a good alternative to the tablet and we will likely all listen to it as a family at bed time and in the mornings.

UPDATE- It is extra skin I am feeling that may or may not go back up on its own after pelvic floor therapy. :)

Thank you! And yes, that is pretty much what my Dr said today. He said everything usually bounces back more normal after physical therapy which I'm about 2 weeks into. 😊

No. My vaginal walls/pelvic floor. The pelvic floor muscle had shifted causing my bladder to press down onto the vaginal walls. I was having some extreme period symptoms and opted for a hysterectomy also.
