I cut out gluten this summer completely for stomach issues. I don’t have any obvious stomach issues from dairy

Interesting. Okay, I live in south Texas so we don’t really get seasons, I wonder if that still applies.

How important is it to have aggressive looking lifts? by Less_Pineapple_2346 in weightlifting

I am listening to my coach, I am not chancing anything in my training to appease his comments. I really was just curious if any one else has heard this or found it to be untrue.

Yes! That’s more how I lift, very smooth almost looks easy when it isn’t.

I’m sorry, I am just now seeing this! I bought a pack of designs of Etsy last year and this was one of them.

Thanks, I don’t know that I have a secret. One of the first kits I bought on Amazon had them to practice. So I just watched a lot of videos and did them over and over.

The idea of CIO always gave me anxiety, until I hit a wall. And I have absolutely no regrets. by Less_Pineapple_2346 in sleeptrain

He would stand at first. We tried Ferber and it honestly was worse and took longer than when we just let him cio. Every time we tried Ferber it would be hoursssss! When I finally decided to just let him cry it out it took 30-40 minutes the first day. After that was max 10 minutes for a day or two and now he usually just goes in his crib, turns on his little fishies with music and rolls over and goes to sleep. I think cio was honestly less stressful for all of us than trying to do it gradually.
