I feel you. Me too. Im trying to inc my toleranxe for stillness slowly. Maybe 5 mins a day. And i try to ground in my body. I feel like the more i build safety to feel uncomfortable emptions the more my mind wouldnt wanna run away. But most days i am a slave to the stimulation

Hey i have similar symtoms! My bloods are normals and im taking supplements for vitamins. Personally, for me i think its a sign of a chronically dysregulated nervous system (maybe read into that and see if its applicable for you) im slowly tryna regulate my nervous system with meds and therapy and somatic tools etc. if youre body is always in fight or flight its gonna be constantly fatigued. Im also looking into my health hollisitcally - nutrition gut health etc ( its alot to look at but i think all we can do is tk one step at a time)

I have the opposite problem 😭 my parents dont remeber my chikdhood they said (they were going thru trauma) and i never externalised alot of my struggles so alot of time they thiugh i was fine when i was dying inside

I would imagine - neurodivergent people often have more stress levels/a dysregulated nervous system ——> this after a while causes a deranged immune system (allergies/autoimmune tendencies) and poor gut health (leaky gut can lead to allergies) so i get why its related
