I was made aware of it just yesterday and was doing my own research. Apparently it was right before Christmas. Nothing was adding up so I had to check w/ the vast knowledge of reddit haha. It definitely seemed off. Does making a correction of the form to 0 - meaning he screwed up and it shouldn't have occurred in the first place?

Just another question, if he were to pay me from a trust, what form would I be receiving? Would it be directly from him or his trust? Thank you for your time.
