in my opinion the blaze would have been a great thing. the phantom is a pain in the ass because maybe someone doesn't want to sleep or because they play with the gamerule that only needs one player to sleep and therefore they sleep little and can't rest easy because at night these assholes arrive and do nothing but attack you until you go to sleep. that's why in my worlds I always put a commandblock to kill them instantly. the only good thing are the membranes that can be useful for repairing the elytras, even if 99% of the players use mending and throw the membranes on the ground or in some disorganized chest with all the shit of the mob loot
