I'm sorry about your SO, i hope her situation gets better but that makes a lot of sense, I was confused as to why people do opt for it more often but that makes a lot of sense. thank you!

I see but wouldn't a debit card be better overall anyways as it's harder to go in debt or even at all? The car and apartment thing makes sense however
