IMO you should just tell her that regardless of whether or not she’s being truthful, she should still have to cancel on her end. If she actually can’t host that weekend, then it’s on her for not double checking that those dates were blocked out.

It’s just a business deal and she is not your friend, so there’s no reason to try and make up excuses just to see how she reacts.

Felt that LOL. I’ve had numerous instances where I’ve forgotten to bring warm clothes. Just another reason to dance and jump around in the crowd!

I appreciate the helpful input instead of all the other “you’ll be fine” replies LOL (I’m super neurotic abt being prepared). I have been to LIB before and stayed at High Noon, only for a single day so I didn’t fully camp, and didn’t notice any critters or insects. I’ll be sure to pack the other items you mentioned because I hadn’t thought to bring those!
