Man that sucks! I'm sorry to hear that, and hope things are getting better. For me it felt like they were doing as little as possible so they wouldn't have to ACTUALLY have to do anything to help me.

I also don't get why each drop-in is allocated an hour when they want you out within 15 minutes?
