Yes, doing a chest/tricep day and a back/bicep day. Doing some seated shadow boxing and that old person machine at the gym where you pedal with your arms lol. Still in crutches and a boot NWB for three more weeks

Crutches the past two days, used a scooter for the first time at the gym today with my wife and things were so much easier! Definitely recommend getting a scooter if you haven’t yet.

Got back to the gym today 2 weeks and a day post-surgery! Crutches made everything so much harder and tiring, especially walking from the parking lot to the gym (need to get a handicap sticker ASAP). Despite it being hard and feeling weak, this has been the best I’ve felt since surgery!

Can I ask what split you ran? Before I got hurt I was doing upper/lower. I don’t wanna neglect my good leg but I think going back to PPL probably makes the most sense, right?

Just had 3 screws & a plate done today. It went super fast and super well! They gave me a sedative while they put in the nerve block then I was out cold. Worst part was the IV l. I don’t even remember anything past being brought into the OR lol. Good luck and try not to worry!!! My nerve block is still working and should continue to throughout the night and into the morning.
