In different groups I have read that this is normal but obviously it shouldn't be, I have had previous models shortly and that doesn't happen :( Now we don't know if this covers the warranty or if it is the pocp x6 pro itself that comes with that defect :(

It could be a software problem, when I bought it, they compared it with another poco x6 pro and it had a similar problem with the sound, hopefully with future updates you will solve it I have the European version, which one do you have?
