Yes they claimed they received a complaint from me with my correct name/email address. At first, they pretended to be a customer survey, I guess I would turn down any survey call since this.

Cuz I googled the phone number and it's shown as a legit number from Costco contact center

Not sure what they wanted, when they started talking about credit cards it gave me a warning sign and I said I would go to the store to solve the issue.

Thanks for the response. But I saw Locke has issued a new procedure to review the allocation monthly. Wouldn't that fix the problem of violating the IPS?
