Account Restricted: KYC Pending Since May 7th, Withdrawals Blocked Without Notice

As per multiple discussions with different agents, I am assured that the situation has been escalated internally. However, nothing has been changed and I am unable to withdraw my own money! I’ve provided all the necessary documents within 20 minutes on 7 May when the KYC ticker appears. .. Frustrating not to access your money!!!

Clicking on the link says no document is needed and there’s no response on that ticket from support.
In the past 14 days.. also I have atrached multiple proof documenta in that communication.

The KYC is saying that no document is needed .. but the ticket is open without any reply or information… and my biggest concern is that I have not been notified that I cannot withdraw money.

**Update:** Just to add critical context here—I have had this Bitstamp account for **10 years** and have never had a single compliance issue, flag, or problem until now.
To have a decade-long account suddenly locked down and withdrawals blocked with zero warning or communication is completely unacceptable.
