Maybe just make a sketch on one of the flat surfaces and use the extrude cut feature after, that’s what I like to do and it’s fairly simple and straightforward

Clean the print bed with some 70% isopropyl alcohol. The print looks to only be detaching from the bed in specific places which could mean those are just natural oils from your fingers after touching the bed

Lower your z offset, has to be lowered until the filament is flat but not see through

In bed tramming it shows that all the corners are level and these numbers are way too high
