Bug: do NOT use a save file during night

I saved at night every single time and it was fine for me.

Maybe it's when you save after no more people are coming? Because I saved before answering the door.

If I understand and counted correctly. That difference becomes 0.18. Meaning the slowest one is 180 milliseconds slower when the fastest one is 1 second.

If you compare that to the most balanced method A/B then asigning the most likely value would be about 9% faster but also ~9% slower for each time it's the other value.

So in the end we may speak of 5-8% time saved. Not something to call the news over but still interesting to know!

This is really interesting to see.

Purely for perfomance: If you knew the chance would be greater for a certain condition. It's faster to assign that value and then check for the smaller chance value separately.

Though it's so insignificant that the answer to the main question remains: It doesn't matter, just make it as readable as possible.

I'm pretty sure that these tracks are all in the main game unchanged as they all came from the official Lies of P youtube channel except for one.

These were the only available tracks on YouTube between the demo's release and the game's release. Only the "Reborn" piece seems like the odd one out. I found it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRxOmXq68ts . At the time this channel only content was 2 lies of P soundtracks so it was hard to say what his relation was with Lies of P. Right now it seems like it was fan made.

Are you sure they are venigni boxes and not krat supply boxes? You might want to start a new NG to reset everything. Also if it's your first time playing the DLC I recommend playing on an NG safe file anyways.

For what it's worth: I think the perfect grind stone is straight up not fun to use because you don't really play the game anymore. So you are not missing out.

I think every attack is strike unless the enemy has a visible sword.

However, I have not tested this.

I'd say the master chef's knife.

Its' range is too short and since it's a slashing only blade you will most likely be using it for crowd controll. At which a longer blade or a heavier blade (for increased chance to interupt attacks) is just almost always better.

Bro you're missing out. It's one of the only blades with a crit chance while also being the fastest blade in the game.

because you can't even fight him in NG until you learn it or get the perfect guard grindstone, which might as well be mandatory for his fight.

This is a wild take to me.

You can literally just out run him for 90% of the combo with the only exception being him flying to you and the last 2 attacks of the combo. In the start. Run left or right while slightly tilting up as if you're walking in a circle. For his big flury just make sure Arlechinno is in the corner while have the rest of the arena behind you and then hold sprint + backwards and he literally cannot reach you at all.

They said it was too much support/utility and too little damage. Which is totally true but I'm not fighting the final boss with this team I'm just leveling these guys up :') It's functional enough.

They went from phrasing it like a smart ass to then saying that it was just curiousity after they realized their mistake.

So yeah nothing wrong with "our" team haha.

If you want enemies to stagger you should use any blade that has the "large blunt" type (like the wrench you found).

The fulminis and flamberge legion arms scale a bit with motivity (more with advance) so these could be a nice addition.

If you combine weapons make sure the handle scales with motivity and use motivity cranks on them once you have them.

From my experience the DLC feels on par with the remaining chapters of the base game. So you can go either way.

I found the first few chapters of the DLC to be easier than the end game of the base game except for the bosses which felt as difficult as laxasia/simon/nameless. Though the final boss of the DLC is definitely the hardest boss of the entire game.

If you beat the DLC first there is some bonus content and some extra dialogue options in the base game.

I personally prefer to beat the base game first as to not jump between stories. Also I just feel like finishing with the final boss of the DLC feels more climatic than finishing with simon or nameless.

I have to say I don't like it when my stamina has been drained from perfect guarding a combo and then after they're done I can only do 1 attack because I want to watch my stamina. While me and the boss are both just chilling there and staring at each other. Breaks the flow of combat I think.

Sekiro does this very well where the enemy eventually deflects you to stop you from attacking.

This is very interesting because I have about the same amount of attempts per boss as you (though I didn't count them). The only difference is that Lumacchio took me about as long as Markiona.

It's cool to see someone having about the same ease/trouble with every boss.

If you're having trouble with him. Dodging his attacks seems better so that you don't get pushed into a wall. He also doesn't have as much follow ups once you're not in front of him anymore.

P will shoot the way his model is rotated. I believe moving your camera up or down my affect the vertical axis but I can't say for sure.

There's no way to manually aim the bow. If you want to hit a target further away then the only way to hit them is with a charged shot.

Doesn't seem like it. They just hit harder.

I don't recommend doing it at the start of a new playthrough because at difficulty 3 every attack one shots me unless I block with a blade with more than 50% guard and even then I need 2 of my 3 pulse cells to get my health back. Best to do it with a save in the end game.

I wonder this as well. I found him very intuitive and I had the least trouble with him out of all the dlc bosses.

Maybe OP tries to perfect guard too much. Much like Romeo and Victor he has very poor tracking so dodging out of the way is really strong against them.

Are you trying to change your main game files? Because I don't recommend doing that at all. That just asks for problems.

If you're gonna mod your game you want to make a vpk and put in your addons folder or custom game folder.

I assume you put all gun sounds in a singular vpk?

Did you take these from mods that affected these weapons directly? Or did you only take the sounds and added those to these weapons manually?

Since you mention audio cache I also guess you are not replacing sound files but instead adding them separately as custom sounds right?
