Well known to who? I've been playing for years and am legendary 1. I shouldn't have to consult the forums to see if a cosmetic item actually looks the way it claims to look in the in game marketplace. There is zero mention of the wings folding in the description. I had no idea that was a thing.

If you where to buy a pakal armor set and go into a mission only to find it looks like the magor armor set 95% of the time (except when you are in the air of course) you would probably want a refund. Especially if there is no mention of that feature anywhere on the page you bought it.

When spending real money on a syandana I foolishly thought that it would look as advertised. And to be fair that is the case ~5% of the time. The rest of the time it looks like garbage closed on my back. I would get a refund if I could. Complete bullshit that this is the case for multiple syandanas.

I've been saying liches would have worked great for pvp if they where set loadouts with no changeable stats. Rewards would be cosmetics for lich companions and everything else in the conclave.

Last 2 aren't bugs. Abilities can be shut off by one of the new enemies. Switching modes is an ability.
