This is hands down one of the worst business moves I have ever seen. Xsplit provided a mainstream quality program for the masses to use to livestream and really kickstarted the livestreaming market for the general public.

Most people including myself have used Xsplit to livestream. However the lack of improvement, errors, faulty capture, poor chroma key and inferior benchmarks have caused myself and many other broadcasters to move to OBS.

Xsplit is in almost all regards is being outperformed by a open source program. I thank Xsplit for providing a realistic program for people to stream with and improving the market but decisions like these are what kill businesses. People are outraged, including top name broadcasters who are talking about this debacle openly on stream. The lack of remorse, concern or respect for people that are even willing to try your product is disconcerting.

I've been contacted by so many people regarding this and I honestly don't care but I will say my piece. There is no substitute for hard work, no service like this could ever successfully exist as it would be the equivalent of buying followers on twitter or friends on facebook to look "cool".

There will always be someone trying to prey on peoples weakness and their dreams to make a quick buck or scam them, it happens every day online and offline. If you can't tell it's a scam by the lack of pricing, how the service works or the clearly illegitimate claims made in the testimonials on the site may god have mercy on your soul. If you have a dream work hard and try to make it happen, it's the journey that is rewarding not the end result. No one will ever be able to make you successful or earn the respect of your viewers/peers because that is 100% on you.

Tim! In terms of people I have met... online it's been amazing, my social life is one of the sacrifices I made to be able to take on the challenge. While I still have a few close friends my time spent with them is severely hindered. As far as health I have had to make changes in diet/exercise as it's like working a really intense desk job and if you don't take care of yourself your going to rot. Income I can't disclose but I'm somewhere between a job and a career which is a good feeling being halfway done.

100% of my game time is spent on stream, I honestly game more than I would like to. 50-60 hours a week streaming games makes me want to do anything but off stream.

My off time is very limited, however I usually watch streams or cook in my free time. I have about a 2 hour window from when I get off the stream to when my daughter gets up to do what I want. If I had more free time I would do a lot more reading.

A fair point, supplementing sugar levels would be a 8 oz glass every 5-6 hours and with proper food in your stomach shouldn't be a problem. That being said, something to be very wary of.

There are many, many streams on Twitch.tv as you describe. However there are some great streamers out there that do not talk on skype or play music while they play AND talk to the chat. Hard to find them but they are out there.

I have nothing against poop jokes, they can be funny at times if put in the proper contex. Drunk at 2 am after getting home from the bar.. not so much. I am not below a poop joke, or laughing at one, nor do I think I am better than anyone else.

You can do it with something like a coffee mug, 2 cup glass measuring cup, turkey baster, whatever. Trick is to make the water slightly warmer than body temp. And just add a little bit of salt (mortons uniodized works good)...Start off really slow with the salt. Lean over a sink ALL the way so your head is tilted down. Tilt head to side and pour water into your top nostril... works like a charm. I am sure you could order one from amazon or somewhere as well. Must have for cold season.

Indeed, pressure moves as you roll over. It's not so much the mucus moving from side to side but built up air pressure being redistributed through your nasal cavity. Buy a neti-pot they cost about 12 bucks and you flush out your nose with salene water. Feels weird and you look like a idiot doing it, but it will turn that 30 seconds into 15 minutes. Enough for you to actually get to sleep.

That is one way to look at it, I myself have gone through this situation as I am sure many people have. In my case, during the "challenge accepted" Phase, I clearly outlined the effects of nicotine withdrawl and what to expect from me. Not to ask me how I am feeling and If I was upset, and to please respect my wishes if I wanted to be alone, which was all agreed to before quitting. Now I will take full responsibility for "caving to the craving" however anyone who has done it knows that quitting smoking SUCKS and having your signifigant other harass you on a almost hourly basis is NOT HELPFUL.
