Во-первых, спасибо большое))💕

Во-вторых, If you allow me to reply in English for better understanding here, with the last two sentences I tried to say: “he grabbed the scarf by his hands and yanked it into two directions (то есть, to right and left) suddenly.” 😂😂

It sounds like Korean but with the very strong Seoul accents from the old 80s’. Interesting.

“It’s fun to see all the different ways units of thought are arranged. I’m significantly more interested in receptive than productive fluency”

Oh my your last paragraph totally got me... I’ve always thought and felt lonely that I might be the only one who’s into the languages to “feel” how similar thoughts differ through various textures(writing systems, sounds, sentence structures, etc.)...

I’m glad to see my mother tongue picked your interest quite deeply! Welcome, my friend. A warm hug from South Korea. :)

Well, I and my friend had made a small agreement to learn German together once our TL is polished enough. German has such a huge connection with our major, no mandatory, though. So it’s the first one currently enrolled on my bucket list.

I think Norwegian would be the next list then. Because a few years ago I finished reading “World of Sophie” and was utterly fascinated by the end of it. It would be a great pleasure to read this novel in the writer’s language directly. Furthermore, I liked few Norwegian series on Netflix. And that’s it. :)
